Why is it that when I turn on my JB-99, I getting a message that states "BGV on, video checking" and nothing else happens?

It appears that your JB-99 is having trouble recognizing your hard drive. If you have a backup hard drive, attempt to replace the hard drive and try again. If not please contact our service department and/or request an RMA number so that you may send in the unit for repair, Tags: JBManager
